Registration

To register, simply fill in the registration form and complete your payment by bank transfer. If you require payment via credit card, please contact us.

The registration fee covers two nights’ accommodation, along with meals during the meeting (breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and coffee breaks), so you can focus on enjoying the science and the discussions. 

Complimentary transfers for the SEBD Meeting are included in the registration fees. Pickups from the airport and train station to the venue will take place on the morning of October 28th, and return trips will depart on the afternoon of October 30th. 

Late registration payments must be completed by 15 September 2026. 

Cancellations: You may cancel your registration free of charge until 25 June 2026. Between 25 July and 15 September 2026, 50% of the fee will be refunded. Unfortunately, cancellations made after 15 September 2026 cannot be reimbursed.
